My friends, I offer this apology to you.

There has not been a post to the site since SincerelyGo was nice enough to offer her unique perspective. The questions mounted as to where I’ve been at for the past couple of weeks.

Yes, I did neglect the blog and my readers but I was deep into a national contest that runs every year around November. It’s a contest that challenges writers to write a 50,000 word novel within one month. It’s called National Novel Writing Month or NaNoWriMo Well I decided to go for it an see if I had the stuff to do it.

My Novel: A Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Erotic Mash up about a female Atlanta Police Detective who finds out that she is a descendant of a Alien Warrior Race thanks to a mysterious Alien who comes into her life. Supposedly she is subject of a prophecy that states that she is the chosen one to save her newly-discovered homeworld.

Considering the fact that I was mixing so many genres I had a lot to do. Unfortunately it meant that the blog took a hit. I didn’t become too much of a shut in as Twitter allowed me to keep in touch with my followers.

I did manage to finish the goal and completed the book (now known as WarBird) with 55,754 words. It may or may not be published but just finishing it altogether was a major accomplishment.

Well now with that out of the way: What did I miss?
