Considering this is a blog about porn, I didn’t think that it was my place to mention his passing. However I did find that there are some subtle connections to the porn world and Michael Jackson.
First: Michael’s Co-Star from the 1983 Thriller video, Ola Ray posed for Playboy and was their June Playmate of the month in 1980.
Second: There was a porn series that took its name from Michael’s P.Y.T. single released in 1983. The series was released by Video Team’s Afro-Centric line and had a run of three DVDs from 2000-2004.
Third: Michael’s former business partner F. Marc Schaffel, was a director of several Gay Porn Videos. This revelation led Sony to push back Micheal’s All-Star 9/11 Tribute single, “What More Can I Give” which he produced and directed a video for the single. (Both were killed and never released).
Michael was a genuine talent who touched the lives of many. The Porn Community expressed their grief as well:

Whatever you thought about Michael Jackson, Hero … Villain …, you can’t say that the man influenced many and touched the lives of many more. May his soul finally find the piece in death that he could not in life.
